He’s got some feeling but can’t use his legs. I’ve watched all the films and still can’t do it. When I try I get pooh and no wee.

Six month old german shepherd male and female not peeing outside only inside home. Please let know will it continue as long as they grow. Lol i cant  find a single bit of help on this I could express it just fine but now he's able to hold his pee. And literally wont let me do it
