The clip with the man losing so much weight while he is in hospital and the dog knowing his smell gives me all the tears, they know in their hearts who loves them no matter how they look 

 I love how it whispers with such soft ominous desperation, like they were a human reincarnated as a dog, desperately trying to send us a vital message, but he can only speak in between regular dog barks.
